I Can't Sleep
what sleeping medications are okay when pregnant? I'm only 18 weeks and havn't had a good nights sleep since I was 5 weeks pregnant. I fall into a light sleep from about 10 to 11:30 where i have a weird nightmare and remember the whole thing. I've tried: 75 mg of benedryl (3) 3 tylenol pms 2 unisoms Nothing's working, and I don't want to hurt the baby, but i can't sleep and i'm driving myself and my husband nuts. I told my doctor about this and she said to take a warm bath and take a tylenol pm. I also take a warm shower every night...
