Seeking a Safe and Good Elementary School for North or North West LasVegas

We are moving from Texas to LasVegas. I am wanting to learn about some of the schools for my Nine year old son. He is in the Fourth grade and will be coming to Vegas in March. This is a big transition for both of us and I want this to be as comforting as I can for him. I am looking for a school that is in a safe area,friendly children,teachers and staff that are willing to help and help make my son feel at home.

Hi ladies, this one is breaking my heart and I am at my wits end with how to handle the situation. The last 3 years my dd has really shot up and out. Hello everyone!! Here is my issue; I have a fourth grader who has been bullied all year long by the same child. I have been to school on numerous occasions talking to the administration and the teacher about this problem. My son recently has been getting played like a puppet. I am 25 years old... I have three kids... I am done having children. I got my tubes tied in Feb. 2007. However, my problem is my weight... I am totally unhappy with the way I look.
