Bedtime a Fight with 2 1/2 Yrs.

It seems to be getting worse…..we have been working on getting her to bed earlier for the past 3 or 4 weeks (after reading for my younger son sleep needs, hours needed, sleep schedules etc.) we start at 8ish but she still fights it until finally 10pm she falls asleep. I have created a routine of PJ’s, 2 books and prayers to prep her for bed but she gets up several times before finally staying down and going to sleep. You would think that going to sleep at 10pm would make her sleep later but still, 8AM she is up. My concern is not...

13 Month Old Wakes up with Soaked Diaper and Wet Pajamas Almost Every Morning!

My 13 month old is waking up almost every morning - sometimes too early - wet from the top of his diaper up his stomach. His diaper is completely soaked, too. We were using Pampers cruisers size 3, so I just moved up to size 4 because I thought a bigger diaper would help, but he's still leaking. He's average weight(23 lbs) but tall(33 inches) - not sure if that makes any difference with diapers. 4 Year Old Son Having Bad Nightmares

Lately my son has been having BAD nightmares where he "wakes" up screaming our names in terror but won't wake up. He continues to have the nightmare and finally will wake up but scared to go back to sleep. Besides him dealing with growing pains in his legs, he is not getting enough sleep. Do You Work Around Babies Schedule or Do You Make the Baby Adust to Yours.??

I have a two year old and an 8 month old. Many days we do not leave the house as it is always someones nap time. My 2 year old will only sleep in her bed... my 8 month old will sleep in the car. However I dont think a 20 minute nap in a car is good quality sleep. A friend told me that she just takes her kids wherever she is going regardless of the time of day and if it is naptime.. My daughter is almost 19 months but we had her 18 month checkup today. She weighed 21 lbs 8 oz and measured in the 9th percentile. I have not been worried about her weight (even though I knew she was small) because she ate a blanced diet (fruits, veggies, beans, cheese, etc.) and is meeting her milestones. 16 Month Old Still on Bottle

I know, many of you may say I am a bad mom, but I put oatmeal and baby food in my son's milk. He is 16 months old and still HAS to have 7oz Milk, 1 jar 2nd Baby food and 3 teaspoons of oatmeal in a bottle before bed and IF he wakes up in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning.
