Suspicious School Counselor

I want advice on dealing with an overzealous elementary school counselor. Ultimately we want to cancel the counseling, so I am wondering how to go about this without making her any more suspicious than she already seems to be. I recently realized that my son is happy and healthy, and the issues we had been concerned about (sudden temper flare ups) are mostly gone now, and he probably doesn't need her anymore--but it's free, so I was letting it go.
