Advice About a Mom That Doesn't Always Use a Carseat for Her Toddler
So this is a really tough one. I have a sister-in-law that doesn't always put her toddler in a car seat. most of the time she does, but I just found out that there are times she doesn't. Apparently it's been this way since she was just a newborn. I'm sick about it. My husband has already had a fight with her about it once awhile ago, but nothing has changed.
