Groceries Out of Control

Our grocery expenses are out of control!! I just added it up and last month we spent nearly 1000 dollars on groceries so I really need to scale it down. We are budgeted for 600 for our family of five. 2 of us are gluten free but we don't buy a lot of "gluten free" products because they are expensive. I buy 2 loaves of gluten free bread and a box of gluten free pasta a month (so a total of 11 dollars). BOB Duallie Vs. Bumbleride Indie Twin

I have a 16 month old and expecting baby #2 this October. I'm starting to research on double strollers. I don't mind spending the $$ on a good double stroller since the strollers we used with our 16 month old were hand me downs from friends. So far, my top choices are the BOB Duallie or the Bumbleride Indie Twin. At this point, I'm leaning more towards the Bumbleride b/c the Duallie looks too reclined back for my 16 month old (who perfers to sit up straight and look out). BOB Revolution Stroller

I am in the market for a BOB Revolution stroller and have two questions. 1. I have a 2 year old and I am training to walk a half marathon in October. I've been finding rougher terrain that my Jeep stroller doesn't seem to be handling (sliding to the side on turns and sliding down when going up hills with lose gravel/dirt) and I'm wondering if the BOB Revolution will handle this terrain better. 2.
