Clear Blue Pregnancy Test

My husband and I are trying to conceive our 2nd child. My period is due early next week and I will be honest---I am anxious and very excited to take a pregnancy test if I don't get a period. Clear Blue box says you can take it up to 5 days before your period is due; however it's more accurate the day and after you miss your period...just wondering if anyone has tested early and gotten an accurate result? Thinking about trying it...or maybe I should just wait?! My period is very regular...every 25 or 26 days.

2 Negative Pregnancy Test, but Blood Test Positive.

Hello all ~ I have not had a period since August 10th. I have taken 2 HPT and both came back negative. (2 weeks ago and then 3 weeks ago) On Monday Iwent to the Dr. and had a blood test done. My blood test came back positive that I am pregnant! HOWEVER ~ the HCG number was 6.1 and therefore the DR. wants me to repreat the test today. Here is what I am thinking ~ I could either be getting ready to miscarry :-( or it could be the begining of my pregnancy. If I go from the LMP then I would be around 9 weeks pregnant and my HCG...

To Find Out the Gender or Not?

I am expecting baby #3 in September. We need to decide whether to find out the gender at our ultrasound in 8 weeks. We didn't find out with either of our other 2. One boy, one girl so far! Since I have one of each already, I don't need to find out in order to prepare the nursery or buy items. We already have everything we need for either gender. The nursery is gender neutral and most of my 0-3 items are also gender neutral. We do have several items from the previous kids that are blue or pink so I am not worried about needing to shop...

About HCG Levels

I am pregnant with my first child about 7 weeks we dont know for sure yet 1st ultrasound tomarrow. thats another story in its self any way. My hcg level is in the 4,000 range but last week my doc told me it went up but didnt go up enough and that my pregnancy didnt seem to be healthly. Confused on Ovulation

My first child was a surprise and looking back now I dont remember the dates of everything to see when it was that I got pregnant in relation to having my period and missing my period. We are now in the process of actually planning the next child and I'm hoping to get pregnant right about now. Can someone who has "planned" there pregnancy fill me in on ovulation. Specifically, is it two weeks after your period STARTED or ENDED? My period is just about over so do I have one more week or two weeks starting now? Thanks! S.
