Advice on Diarrhea in a 2 Year Old

My son just turned 2. As an infant he had terrible gas from regular formula and had to be on soy. Once we put him on milk at 1 he seemed fine with it. In may he had a bout of diarrhea and vomiting. He only threw up at night and he had diarrhea 6 times a day. This lasted for 20 days. The doctors did tests and said they didn't see anything wrong with him and reffered us to a gastro but by the time we got in the symptoms were gone and he said to wait. Is It Ok to Use Diaper Rash Ointment like A&D on Flea Bites on the Face?

Im a first time mom and i have 3 dogs and this is the first time I have came across a flea problem with any of my dogs. My 4 month old has tons of bites all over her cheeks, chin and eyelids. All I have in my house to use right now is A&D ointment and hydrocortisone that is 1% would either of these be ok to put on the bites? well besides the ones on her eyelids

My 6mos old latley has a runny nose I think that she has some algerys but when I ask her doctor about it she said that she is to young for them. I was wondering how any of you have dealt with an infant suffering from constipation. I have a two month old who was going No. 2 normally up until a few days ago. The first time he went once in a period of over 36 hours and has not gone since (going on 48 hours). I hear that it is very uncommon for a breastfed babies to be constipated. Son with Diarrhea

My son is 7 months old and is having his first bout with diarrhea. He's still eating and still having a wet diaper, though not as often as he usually does. But he is pooping out pretty much everything that he's eating. I am wondering if anyone has used imodium on a child his age before. I have also heard that yogurt really helps but I was wondering if anyone else had tried this. I've got a call into his doctor but he hasn't called me back yet. Any info would be helpful.

What to Do with a 3 Yr. Old with a Possible Yeast Infecton?

My daughter has had what seems to be diaper rash down there, but she doesn't wear diapers, so I'm suspicious. She's complained of itching for about 4-5 days...we've tried various ointments but it doesn't seem to be getting better. Her entire area is red, inside and out. Normally, I'd take her to the doctor right away, but with the flu scare, I'm a bit anxious to take her in to a germ-filled waiting room for such a minor issue. Has anyone had a similar experience with their toddlers? Any advice? Thanks!

I changed my baby's diaper yesterday (8pm) and saw that she had a major rash-sort of spot like and very sensitive and painful. I had changed her diaper about 2 hrs prior and she was fine. About 30 minutes before I changed her, I gave her homemade turkey and veggie pureed.
