I Have a Gross 2 Year Old -HELP!!!!

My just two year old has started pulling his diaper off during his naps, bedtime and sometimes during the day. Yesterday he put his hand in his diaper(while it was on) and started playing with his poo!!! I was of course mortified and disgusted and gave him an early bedtime before I wound up giving him up for adoption (yes that is a joke). First question- has anyone experienced this before- I mean who wants to play with poo and Two: how do I stop it. Please any ideas would be helpful to make my house feces free Thanks

Help with Constipation!!!

My 15 month old has not had a bm for 3 days now, this will be the 4th if I don't do something. I have tried giving her nothing but fruits and veges, oatmeal,lots of fluids, karo syrup,psyllium husks & glycerine suppositories(per Dr. Sears) Nothing happening yet. She is just staining really hard and crying...I feel so bad for her. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!
