Hi everyone. I have a problem. My son, who is 2 1/2 came home with this god aweful diaper rash with blisters from daycare. All weekend we tried everything, neosporin, triple paste, A&D and nothing helped because he is holding his bowel movements and screaming in pain because a little will come out at a time from him trying to hold it. Not Pooping, a Vicious Cycle

So my little guy, 2 1/2, has been going through this cycle and it's making us all crazy. He is holding his poop. Frequent diaper changes are irritating his bum. I have tried just about every diaper cream under the sun and they work for a while, then diaper rash is back. Can't leave him bare to dry out for too long as we have accidents. My 15 mo old had an ear infection 4 weeks ago, was put on antibiotics and since has developed a progressively worse case of the runs. I wouldn't say it's text book diarrhea but very loose stool. Otherwise, she's totally happy, no pulling knees to chest, still eating fine, etc. She use to go 2-3 times a day, now it's 5-8. Help with Diaper Rash.

My 5 month old daughter has a horrible diaper rash. It is blood red and has what looks to be blisters that bleed. I have done everything I know to treat it, I have used vaseline, diaper rash cream, cream for a yeast infection everything I could think of. The only other thing I could think of is maybe she's allergice to the diapers. Any suggestions. I am going to take her to the dr on Monday but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do in the meantime.
