I need an awesome blue cheese dressing recipe for hot wings. I'm making it to send with my fiance to a Superbowel party. Does anyone have a recipe?
Thanks!

This is from Paula Dean and it's fantastic..

* 3/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 (5-ounce) container crumbled blue cheese
* 2 tablespoons sour cream
* 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
* 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, blue cheese, sour cream, horseradish, and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) from food network has a GREAT blue cheese recipe and it is easy easy. I don't know it off the top of my head but you could look it up on foodnetwork.com.

My family likes this one from Patti LaBelle's cookbook:

3oz Blue cheese
3tbsp milk
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1tbsp fresh lemon juice
1ts celery seed
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mash the blue cheese with milk until creamy and not too lumpy. stir in rest of ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
