BLT dip. Serve with club crackers and it tasted almost like a real BLT Sandwich!
I got the recipe from the back of a mayonaise jar.
1 small jar of mayo (I think it's 20 or 22 oz.... something like that)
16 oz container of sour cream
1 package real bacon bits
2 - 3 medium tomatoes.
dice tomatoes and mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
Buffalo Chicken Dip:
1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken or 1 (12 ounce) can chunk chicken, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot, not to be confused with their pepper sauce. Start with less if you want and add more to your desired hotness.)
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions:
Heat chicken and Buffalo sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Make sure to break up the chicken so there are no big chunks. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in shredded cheese. Pour into a shallow dish or pie pan and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and microwave it until the cheese melts. We usually only sprinkle blue cheese on half of it for those who aren’t blue cheese fans. Serve with chips for dipping.
Corn Dip:
1 (14 ounce) can yellow and white corn, drained
1 (11 ounce) can Mexican-style corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green onion
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
Directions
Stir the yellow and white corn, Mexican-style corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, green chiles, adobo seasoning, seasoned salt, chili powder, and minced garlic together in a bowl. Add the Mexican cheese blend, and stir until evenly mixed. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Both amazing, one is served hot and another cold so you have both options here!
Guacamole
Artichoke and spinach dip
I take 1 or 2 packets of Ranch powder to make dip.
I mix the powder with a tub on Cottage Cheese and a tub of real Sour Cream. Depending on what the dipping item is I might like it to have more flavor and sometimes I want it a bit blander. It's just seasoned to taste.
Hummus or baba ganouj.
Pampered Chef southwest dip - 1/2 cup lite sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 1/2 Tbsp. of the Pampered Chef southwest seasoning mix. and yes, I do sell Pampered Chef.
My son would take this dip to his friends parties in college - they told him he has to bring it to every party and he went through a bottle of seasoning in 1.5 months at school.
2nd Favorite:
Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c milk
2-3 T Buffalo Rub (Pampered Chef seasoning)
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 can (12.5 oz) chunk white chicken, drained & flaked
1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
crumbled blue cheese (optional)
veggie and/or crackers for dipping
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine soup, milk, rub and garlic in 2 qt saucepan. Mix well, bring to simmer over medium low hear, whisking occasionally. Stir in chicken. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until chicken is hot. Remove from heat and stir in both cheeses until incorporated. Pour dip into mini-baker. Bake 13-15 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven, top with blue cheese crumbles and serve with crackers and/or veggies.
Artichoke dip, which I usually buy from Costco - Stonehill brand. Or if you will make I like to make guacamole with veggies.
My wife usually makes 7 layer dip.
But I must say the chili cream cheese dip brown|eyed|girls listed sounds real easy and probably tastes wonderful. You can put some jalapeno slices in a bowl next to it and have a real hit.

Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic, Fiesta Party Dip, Giddyup Gaucamole Dip, Sweet Jalapeno Dip and Bold Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip along with the infamous Beer Bread. Yes, I sell Tastefully Simple. All these are delish...
Neman Marcus Dip - don't know the recipe exactly but it's good. Has sour cream, ranch (I think), shredded cheese, bacon, etc in it :)
Also I love Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip.
Also I LOVE the Outrageously Garlic dip from Partylite. Expensive ($9/jar) but so worth it when you mix with sour cream and mayo. DELISH!
All delicious recommendations for a savory dip below. Here's two of my FAVORITE sweet dips:
Pineapple dream dip
1-8 oz package cream cheese
1 small (3 oz I think) package instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
Mix it all together and serve with graham crackers, nilla wafers, or gingersnaps.
Pumpkin dip ... See this link:
Artichoke & spinach dip
crab dip
Pico de gallo & guacamole dip
Artichoke dip - 1 can plain artichokes (not the marinated kind) drained and squeezed dry, 1 cup real parmesan cheese (not the stuff in a can), 1 cup good quality mayo (I used to use Hellman's but now use Smart Balance Omega Plus - just don't use a real low-fat one because it can be oily in the finished product). Throw it all in a food processor and blend, add in some fresh cracked pepper. Put the whole mix in an ovenproof crock, top with more pepper, and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, maybe more, until it's brown and bubbling on top. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or party rye/pumpernickel. It can also be made ahead and just cooked at the last minute.
