No Motivation, Depressed?
Hello, I don't know exactly where to begin. I have 2 children 31 monhts and 16 months. I was a Security Director before I got pregnant and am now a SAHM. I have gotten to the point that I wonder if I am depressed. I let my children watch a lot of tv, I just can't seem to get motivated. I set up a whole program to start teaching them from www.letteroftheweek.com, but because I didn't have one thing ready, I never started. I know I can get motivated my husband and I just started a weight loss competition and I worked out twice yesterday...
