Any Dog/cat Mamas Out There? Make Your Own Pet Food?

I have been doing alot of research on pet food lately (since my 13 year old rottie is probably not gonna make it much longer... I started out looking for ways to help improve her quality of life for the time we have left...although she has a very high spoiled quality of life as it is... I was looking at ways to help keep her healthy). So anyway I realized how really bad store bought dog food is for our pets and have been researching making my own. Breakfast Ideas & Recipes to Share??

I'm always on the lookout for recipes - not just for dinner, but for breakfast as well. My 14 year old LOVES scrambled eggs. My 12 year old? Not so much. When my boys have tests in school or have a game/activity, I like to send them out with good protein filled breakfast. My 12 year old will eat breakfast burritos, with minimal eggs. Pancakes and waffles are another favorite...we've done them with bananas and chocolate chips...but still not much protein for 2 hours of running... both boys love bacon OR sausage. Anything...
