If You Could Go on Any Diet Plan, Which One Would You Pick?

I am going on a diet...Originally I picked Jenny Craig but have read some bad reviews regarding lack of support (canned questionnaires from your counselor) and getting kicked out if you do not buy enough food. So now I am looking at Nutrisystem, Medifast Diet, Trim360, etc...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Medifast---Has Anyone Done This Program???? or Anyone Done WW or Nutrisystem?

Hi Ladies, I am interested in doing Medifast. I am wondering if anyone on here has tried it.
