My son is almost 9 and has been suffering with tummy aches and constipation for a couple months now. When he first started complaining about "not feeling good" I didn't connect the constipation with it because as far as I know, he hasn't had trouble with it before. Won't Go to the Potty!

I am desperate and in need of help. My beautiful 3 year old daughter will not have a bowel movement on the potty. She will literaly hold it in and then only goes once a week and I have to almost hold her on the potty till she goes and when she does it hurts her cause quite frankly it something that should come out of an adult. Fun with Pooping and Prune Juice

My one year old son has had a hard time pooping lately. It is awful to watch, he squats and then screams like it REALLY hurts to go and his poop is really hard. We just finished formula a few weeks ago and he is now on whole milk. He gets a lot of fruit and meat and wheat bread in his diet, but I'm wondering if he needs more fiber?
