ITT Tech (Breckenridge College) for Nursing?

Hello all. Do any of you have any experience with Breckenridge College at ITT Tech for nursing? I have a friend looking to get an RN degree -- it's an associates degree, and ITT keeps coming up. I see all sorts of online reviews about what a horrible school this is and how they fleece students for all sorts of loans. However, ITT has offered $35,000 in scholorships to my friend.
