I am looking for a dress form or mannequin to display some of my
merchandise for my website and at craft shows. I do not need
a dress form for sewing, but for display purposes only. I know there
are some places way down off Harry Hines that have this type thing, but
I was wondering if anyone knew of somewhere closer to the Frisco/Plano
area, or possibly had one to sell themselves?

They have iron ones that are decorative in Canton. My sister has one that has a shelf inside the bodice part. She has it in her bedroom with her clutches on the shelf and scarfs around the neck. It is cute. It was under $50. I would assume you could find similar ones at 3rd monday McKinney.

Not in Frisco but there are some for sale on the square in McKinney...a store is going out of business and the forms/mannequins are going for $50-$125 each. My mom also managed to get some for free that our local Kohl's was throwing out. One of them seemed broken but I was able to fix it. Might be worth casing a few department stores. HTH!

I bought one a couple years ago off eBay - there were TONS to choose from. Mine was a hanging half - form (no back or limbs with a hook on top)for $10.
I would check Craigslist. If you don't see one on there you can post an ad that you are looking for one. Good luck!
I am also looking for an dress form that I could decopage or cover with decorative material, also a female mannequin to use for my Ebay store and may go on Etsy.
