I work with a company call Assit2Sell - Todd Tramonte - He is the broker - It is a great company, very passionate about customer service, His company has more than just one program, they actually have 3, NOT a FULL commission company - however they ARE Full Service. You should at least give him a call
they can really save you money as well as do a GREAT JOB - ###-###-#### - ____@____.com or 4DallasHomes.com. They have sold several homes for $2,995.00 NOT the normal 6% sales commission.

I recommend Cindy Roeschen. Her group is called the Trinity Group. She has a heart of gold and still answers questions and emails me info I need and that is helpful through the whole process. I consider her a great friend know and I didn't even know her before I went through the process.

One thing I didnt previously appreciate was it can be to a realtors advantage to overaccommodate the buyer's realtor even when its against the best interest of their seller because it doesnt affect their commission.

Friends referred me to Joyce Potter ###-###-#### because she is an excellent negotiater who goes to bat for her clients to close the deal plus she has a 20-year strong success highly based on referrals. Im not big on recommendations but she is top in her field.

We just sold our house in McKinney. I would highly reccomend our realtor. She really does a great job helping you get your house ready to list and continues to be helpful throughout the rest of the process.

I do not know a realtor but do have a few suggestions. Spruce up your yard with red geraniums or yellow mums. Then if you know someone is coming by for a viewing, bake a patch of sugar cookies to give a cozy smell to the house. I heard this on some selling show. Never know till you try! Also, another selling technique was to have all walls painted the same nuetral color and have the carpet/tiles be a nuetral color.

I am a licensed real estate agent as well, however I am now inactive. Jeff is a long time friend and we worked with the same brokerage for several years. He is great at what he does and will not sugar coat or "fluff" the facts just to get the listing. He will do an awesome job for you and will keep you apprised of the goings on the entire time. He truly has the best interest of his clients in his head and heart.

If you have the time, contact several agents and set appointments to meet and visit with them. Whoever you decide to work with (it is indeed a partnership with your Realtor), just make sure you are comfortable with not only their exprience, but with their personality and presence as well. If you are in any way uncomfortable with the Realtor it will not be a positive experience for you or the agent, and you don't need the added stress during this time.
