Thank you for the responses they are helpful. I didn't have a chance to explain my questions had my daughter (toddler can't read) so could not type real well. The reasoning for my question is that this summer he had an affair with a former co-worker (a high school teacher his mentor at his old school). We decided to work things out and are in counseling, everything has been going well until last weekend when she drove by our house twice and then e-mailed him. He told me right away that she emailed him and that he deleted and didn't respond to it. I believe him but he did say he is curious on why she is contacting him. I did ask him if he wants her to contact him and if he wants to respond he said no but with what happened it is hard to trust him. Did not realize it is illegal to check up when there is all kinds of software and equipment. Thank you for your concern and support.
I do not have an answer for you but a bro in law of mine wanted to do this once and we looked up some things on google. He taped her somehow and caught her. Sadly the girl left with their son and hasn't been seen in a couple of years. I suggest you be very careful, also. Did you ever think of calling Cheaters?

If you are feeling the need to spy on him that strongly then your intuition is probably correct. Do you REALLY want to see the details? Sometimes that can be very damaging to your psyche.

Have you tried talking to him about it? If he cant convince you that he's not cheating have you tried a counselor? Honestly, you should go that route first before playing double O7.
Sorry, I dont know of any equipment but I'm sure you can shop around online and find something... or maybe just head over to Radio Shack. Be prepared to sign a disclaimer when you buy the equipment legally releasing Radio Shack from all liability.
If you have to consider spy tactics, then the trust has been eroded. Spare your dignity.
Get a nanny cam and video him at home...place it by your computer.

Have you heard of Tiger Text? It is a new app you can have on your phone and it deletes text messages after a set amount of time just incase you forget. It was designed for the cheating spouse. See if he has that on his phone.

Good responses so far..But what is making you think you need these items?I would spare the $$ go right to the source & ask him if you know or think he is or it just so happens there is evidence you have already.I however have no patience to deal with a cheating husband a divorce would have already been filed(that's just me it hasn't happened to me just how I am)

There are key stoke programs for the computer... i think nanny net or something. I am sure you can google and find out. It is the same thing that people use to monitor teens.
You can go on your cell phone bill online. If you don't recognize a phone #, there are reverse look up sites. They will usually tell you who's # it is. (not sure if it has to be a landline)
