Need Recommendation of a Moving Company

We have used OZ movers twice.
They are really good, just get and IN HOME estimate first (with any movers)
that way they can't take advantage at the end.

Oz wont charge u more than there estimate even if it takes longer than expected!

I used OZ movers as well and had a good experience. They were the cheapest option I found in NYC, but I don't know how they compare to other movers in NJ.

You can find really cheap moving services on Craigslist, if that's your main concern. However, many/most of those are not licensed or insured. So if security is your main concern, you'll want to spend the extra $ to get a licensed, bonded company. When they give you a quote, recognize that you can negotiate them down . Tell them you've gotten other quotes for significantly less, blah, blah. They will probably talk to their managers and get you a better quote (I'd get quotes reduced by about 1/4 regularly).

Also, I agree that you don't want to be liable for extra cost if the move takes longer than they anticipate. The movers can be as fast or as slow as you want, and if they take their sweet time and take an hour or two more than "estimated" you could be liable for hundreds of dollars more. So getting a maximum cost guarantee or an overall cost regardless of the move time is a good idea. Good luck!

I recommend All Seaon Movers in Kearny. My family recently moved from Kearny, NJ to North Arlington, NJ and we used them. They are a great reputable company. They come over and look at everything you need and want moved and you get an estimate. The gentlemen who did that for us told my husband that a reputable moving company will not ask for any money until they have done their job. The day of the move went so smooth. The two gentlemen we very very nice and wanted to help move more things for us. I would highly recommend this company.
