My son is 11 and we need a private tutor for him. He has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and also is very behind on his reading comprehension. I want to focus on reading comprehension and math. Anybody have any info?

Go to the guidance counselor at the school. Many teachers tutor on the side and counselors are a good start.
There are a lot of private tutors around and you have to try them out to get the right "connection" for you.
try Creative Tutors--they hire certified teachers and they work well with a schedule. They will come to your home to tutor your child on a personalized, one on one basis. also, they don't require a contract or minimum number of sessions; just work with what your child needs. This is not a private in home tutor but have you researched the Kumon centers, they forcus on reading and math.
