Massage for a Great Price?

Ok, moms. My massages usually cost me around 75-100 for an hour long. I just go to nearby spas because I don't have the time to shop around. Do any of you go somewhere where you get a good one hour massage for $60 or under? I have friends in San Antonio who found places to go where they pay only 45 for a massage so I want to find my massage "jewel" here in Dallas. I'll drive to Frisco if the price is right!

I'm not sure how cheap you want to go but the massage schools usually offer massages done by interns for $30. It has been several years since I did one but it good. They usually have a nice room set up. I have only done two and the first one was OK but the second one was really great. My guess is that it can be hit or miss depending on the intern but it has been my expirence that most spas are that way as well.

I live in Garland and go to a place called Hands on Therapy in Mesquite off of 80 and Galloway.
You can get some great prices. You can choose between a student, intern or a licensed therapist. Being the student or intern the cheapest. I have always used the interns and love it! I get a full body for a hour and a half for 60 bucks.

I have heard good things about Massage Envy and was going to try them out. I, too, spend about $85 an hour normally with my regular spa. But due to scheduling limitation (now that I have a baby), I am trying to find a more flexible place.

There is a location in Plano on Spring Creek/75. I have gone there to talk to them. Seems very reasonable. You should give it a try. Lisa is the administrator and she also one of the massage therapist.

Massage Envy is inexpensive and has some pretty good RMTs. I use Michelle Z at the McKinney (Craig's Ranch) store and she is AWESOME, but you may wish to check their website and try one near you.

Introductory price is $39 for your first massage!

I was at a chiropractor the other day in Frisco (by Hillcrest and Lebanon) and they had a sign that said $30 for a 30 minute massage and $60 for a 60 minute massage. I don't know if you can just go for massages or not, but just wanted to share what I read.
