Does anyone know of a place that has an indoor pool open year-round to the public near the Palatine area? I'm looking for a place where my husband can take my 5-year-old daughter to practice swimming. She's currently taking lessons, but only has access to that pool during lessons. We'd prefer a place that just charges per visit rather than getting a membership like the YMCA. Thanks!
Thank you for the tips. It looks like we'll be going to the Olympic Indoor Swim Center in Arlington Heights (a park district facility).
arlingotn heights and elk grove have indoor pools at their park districts
check with the park district. Arlington Heights park district has an indoor pool facility as does the Wheeling PD. Not sure about Palatine but non residents can do to the one in AH.
Wheeling Park District has open swim hours for a daily fee. Just call them 4 what their hours are.
We go to the Arl. Hts. Olympic pool all the time. They have a great family pool for the little ones, in addition to an Olympic sized pool and a diving well. You can pay each time you go. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
