I have tried to contact MOMS club of Yardley but still waiting to hear from them. Its been few days since I emailed them.
MOPS--- I looked at the website and saw that most them are in the Church. Is it somewhat related to the Church?
Cathleen --- We can definitely get together some time. Let me know if you want to!

I met the playgroup I belong to on Meetup.com You can basically put in your zip and they can direct you playgroups in your area. I live in Langhorne and have a 2 yr old and a 10 month old if you every want to get together. Good luck.

Just saw your post. If you're still interested in joining the M. Club of Yardley please email the vp of membership at ____@____.com or ____@____.com Also, check out our website http://groups.yahoo.com/group/YardleyMomsClubNorth/

Here's more information about the group. The M. Club is a support group for the mom of today. We provide a variety of activities for you and your children to get out and enjoy. Most importantly we provide friendship and support for your decision to be a mom. As well as meeting people for yourself, your children will also make new friends and have playmates. We offer a great deal of of interesting activites each month, such as Monthly B-day socials, playgroup playdates, Zoo visits, various tours, park days, Holiday parties - Halloween party, Easter Egg Hunt, Valentine's arts & craft, Dec Holiday party, Library/Bookstore story times, Police & Fire Station tours, Dance & Gym trial classes, Fall Apple Picking, Mother's Day Tea, Ice Cream social, & the summertime Family Picnic. We also have monthly M. Night Out, whether that be a spa night, pedi & mani night, movie, drink & dinner or just a themed get together at a M. house. We know M. need a break too! We also do community service projects and donate to local charities that assist women and children. Our dues are only $20/yr and that's used for supplies and kids activities. Have you ever heard of MOPS? MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and there are several groups in the area. It's not free, but it's lots of fun and a great support system. Moms get 2 hours with other moms sharing, making crafts, listening to speakers on different topics, etc, while the kids are all being tended to by child care workers. In my group (which meets at Bible Fellowship Church in Yardley twice a month), it's basically just nursery up to age 2 1/2. For the older kids (it goes up to age 5 or 6), we actually have lessons and crafts that they do.

Anyway, you can check out what MOPS is all about at www.mops.org or feel free to message me with any questions. Some of the moms in my group belong to a moms club in Newtown. You could probably Google it or something. Sorry I don't know any details on that one for you.

You can go to momsclub.org and put your zip code in for information on a moms club in your area. I believe there are two Yardley Moms Clubs..
