I am looking for a playgroup or some kind of get together group for moms in my area. I live in Pelham. Also if there are any scrapbooking clubs would be cool. Thanks
I also live in Pelham and have a son that is 22 months. I am also a SAHM, I have been looking for a playgroup. Maybe we could make our own or if you know of one let me know.
There is a MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers group that meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. It meets at the Inverness Vineyard Church on Valleydale Road (across from Spain Park High School). More info about MOPS is avalable at www.mops.org. In addition to the monthly MOPS meetings there are other playgroups and community groups (including a creative memories group). The next meeting for MOPS is October 12.

There are several chapters in the Birmingham area, but ours is the South chapter (Alabaster, Pelham, Calera, Montevallo, Helena). I would love to hear from you.
