I'm looking for a new pediatrician in the North Aurora area. I'm not pleased with my current pediatricain and absolutely hate the after hours on call doctors. Looking for some suggestions.
My three kids started seeing Dr. Sroka at the Dryer in Batavia a few months ago. So far, so good. I think their after hours care is adequate, and Dr. Sroka seems to accept office visits on Saturdays too (although I did try to make an appointment for this Saturday and was told he was off that day, but we have seen him on Saturdays before). I am very curious who you have been seeing, just to be nosy!

My granddaughters go to New Beginnings Pediatrics, in the Delnor Community Hospital complex. Their regular dr. is Dr. S. Reddy Gundala; they've seen probably all of the doctors and the nurse practitioners there, and we really like them all. There is one of the front office staff that just grates on my last nerve, but because everyone else has been great, I try to overlook the one. ###-###-####.
I take my kids to the VNA Clinic in Aurora. Dr. Santiago is wonderful! She's gentle with the kids and very calm. She made me feel confident in her knowledge and diagnoses when my daughter was sick. She listened to what I had to say and genuinly cared about our situation. The building is very clean and organized and professional. They didn't keep us waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, and the secrataries are friendly and welcoming also. The address is 400 N Highland Ave. And the phone number is ###-###-####. Good Luck!
Hi C.. I don't know how close you are looking 4. But I know of an awesome group in st charles on 64 and Peck. Their # is ###-###-#### and there website is fvwchp.com. Dr. Dovidio is real good and the docs who practice there do the on call and have always been really kind and understanding. It is a very busy practice but they always find a way to fit u in! I hope this helps!
I just started using Dr. Shulman or Fox Valley Children's medicine. He is located by the Dairy Queen in Batavia. My son was sick and they seen him the same day. Even being a new pt. it was great. Good luck.
