First, I'd like to tell you about my experience with Dreyer: I had been taking my kids (3) since they were born. (My oldest was maybe 6, youngest would have been 3)...Anyway - my Doctors office MOVED to a new location. After literally hundreds of office visits, and a personal call by the nurse to remind me of an appointment, I drove up with my 3 kids and walked up to an abandoned building. They did not even tell me, notify me or contact me in ANY WAY to tell me that they had moved locations.
That is bad enough, but the icing on the cake was when I called their customer support center, logged a "complaint" and then was sent a very rude and disgusting letter from the "Director" telling me that they put a notice in the local paper and had I read the local paper I would have known the office was being relocated.
At that, I moved to another doctor that ALL of my friends go to. He is EXCELLENT! Dr. James Webb - Apple a Day Pediatrics. He owns his own practice - you talk to HIM if you have an issue...He is super good with the kids - My kids love going to the DR. It is funny, if they hurt themselves and I "try" to get them to stop crying - I'll say, "oh, should we go to the DR" and they always say "YES! I want to go see Dr. Webb!"
His phone number is ###-###-####
I am sure if you call him you'll love him as much as my whole neigborhood does!
PS....Since I always had trouble getting into my kids ped. w/ Dreyer, I did see Dr. Skurka @ Dreyer and he is excellent. I just do not like how things are handled at Dreyer. You're definetly a number, not a name. That is my opinion so I'm sure there will be others that don't agree.
