So, I just answered the cheer camp question and it got me thinking about how you find a specific member, after the fact. For that particular question..... I know one of our own is a cheer coach - I think she goes by Cheerful M????? Since my daughter isn't in cheer, those answers aren't always something I answer.... so I don't have any in my Questions Answered section.
So, I started down a rabbit hole (really.... more of a reflection of my apathy regarding my *to do* list today at work....)
I looked through the last 3 pages of posts and don't see any questions posted by her. I typed Cheerful M into the search function and didn't get anything (well, except a bunch of posts on marriage counseling!!!!!) I also searched Cheerleading, but that seemed like it was going to take a LOT of time to sort through all those posts.
But it got me thinking. Sometimes someone will have given really good advice, but I end up not answering the question, for whatever reason. And a week or 2 later I want to go back and find them. But it's WAY too much to go page by page and try and sort through all the posts.
How do you search for a specific mama?
look under My flowers then click on her name if Cheerful M hasn't deleted her profile or ask Where are you Cheerful M and wait for a post
Some people put the name of the person they're looking for in the post title. You can pretty easily find Cheerful M.
You can also look back at the responses to your questions and your flowers, and click on her name. You could also "friend" her on here.
Use quotes around your search - that means it will only bring up the EXACT quoted search.
I searched "Cheerful M". Pulled up the first link - she answered first. Clicked on her name...

I once searched for a particular mom by typing her name as the question subject asking her to reply to post.
Then I posted my question and she found it and provided the information I needed.
