Cecilia Yu at Synergy Balance. She's one of the only in DFW that is trained to do what she does. She does not pop the back and has a holistic approach. She's amazing! Mysynergybalance.com I believe is her website.
Hey Dallas area mommies, I need a recommendation. I am looking for a holistic-minded chiropractor, preferably one who bills insurance. I am NOT looking for just snap-crackle-pop adjustments, I am looking for a provider who knows about supplementation and general wellness and it seems like very often this type of provider ends up being a chiropractor but I'm just saying the chiropractic adjustment part is not my priority. I am looking for someone who can treat the whole family (well at least myself and my sons, not sure hubby is on board yet), can guide me with supplementing myself and my boys, and can provide a general balance to the more mainstream medical approach to things. Anyone have anyone to recommend? Thanks!!

Dr. Tom Lenehan of Cornerstone Wellness is fantastic. He is gentle and effective in adjustments and very knowledgeable otherwise. He is located on the corner of Parker and Independence in Plano. ###-###-####
I've been a patient of his for years as well as I send my patients to him when they are looking for someone.
My overall advice would be to check out several of the recommendations and see who seems to be the best fit for you.
Check out Structure Chiropractic in Plano at Coit and Legacy. Dr. Cavazos really knows his chemistry.
Try Dr. Natalie Englebart in Flower Mound. Her website is www.yourtoplife.com and also www.alt-healthsolutions.com. I don't know if she bills insurance or not....our insurance provider doesn't allow chiropractic care...
HIGHLY recommend Dr. Matt Chalmers at Chalmers Wellness in Frisco
Dr. Jason Venn on Legacy in Frisco meets what you need. He is near Warren on Legacy.
Dr. Bryan Ardis in Frisco is another wonderful option. I have found that his Nutritional Response Therapy not only helps with the imbalances in my system, but he can also clear out emotional patterns, too. Plus, his adjustments are gentle. However, if you are looking for long-standing relief of a chronic issue regarding the spine, don't overlook a chiropractor who uses a treatment plan that includes x-rays & physical therapy. Without that, the issue will not improve and you'll only get symptomatic relief. Dr. Brandon Wilson does that, and does it extremely well. He specializes in pregnancy and prenatal chiropractic in case you need that, and coordinates with many mainstream doctors. He's not as "woowoo" as Dr. Ardis, and that's why I utlize both of them!

Body and Soul Chiropractic on Independance and Spring Creek. I have been seeing Dr S. Hegel since September of this year. She takes insurance and provides what you're looking for.
Adams Health Center in Plano seems to be exactly what you're looking for!! Dr. Adams Sr. and Dr. Adams Jr. are a father-son team and have been in practice together for years. They offer massage and other physical therapy, and even carry several different homeopathic supplements to enhance their treatments. They're always looking for the root of the issue and definitely believe that the spine's alignment affects the entire body and that certain symptoms may all be connected. They know their stuff. There's a wonderful family atmosphere there.
They're located on 15th Street between Coit and Independence. Their website is http://www.adamsclinic.com, although it hasn't been updated in some time. (My husband used to work at the clinic, and although he doesn't anymore, we still see the doctors.) :)
