You could also consider using a temporary/direct-hire service. Try before you buy... It costs a little more cash-wish, but takes the hassle off of you worrying with payroll taxes and hiring someone without being sure. Most services provide for hiring if you like them for a fee. Typically costs the same as if you were utilizing recruiting or advertising...

hey, just wanted to say i have a friend who is trying to move to dallas as soon as possible, but needs to find a job first. she is awesome. she is 27 yrs old and has no children, she is big in her church and all around a wonderful person to be around. maybe if you were interested in possibly a phone interview you could let me know and i could be your middle man! she is just so excited about moving here, i know she has experience in the medical field, currently she may be working for a pain management clinic, i know she has done marketing in the past, but im sure she could help out in anyway you find fit. please let me know if you would like to consider speaking w/ her via phone. thank you so much! she has signed me on to help her find a job, so she can move sooner. she has several friends in the dallas metro plex and is excited about joining us soon.
