I am transferring my daughter out of Shelby Elementary. She was placed there because we just moved to Louisville. Anyway, we have the opportunity to transfer her. I need help picking between these schools. I have to rate them on our 1-4 choices.
Tully, Wilder, St. Matthews and Lowe. Wilder, St. Matt, and Lowe are closest to our home. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!
Get her into Tully. I have been trying to get my daughter in there for 3 years. They have excellent PTA and parent involvement. You should go on a tour if you can of the individual schools that you like to get a better feel for them.

wilder and lowe both have good reps from what i hear but dont be scared to go tour this is where your child will be spending alot of time, make sure its a place you would want to be
We are in the Coleridge-Taylor cluster as well. My daughter is only 2, so she hasn't started school yet, but she will be assigned to Shelby as well. I have asked a lot of people about all of the schools you mentioned above. I have heard wonderful things about Wilder and that is probably where we will send our daughter, if she doesn't end up going to a magnet school. I've always heard wonderful things about Lowe and if I had the choice, would probably list this as my #1 choice. I believe St Matthews is also worth checking into ... I'm not familiar w/the others. Good luck!!
