If you are interested in Mexican food: Ana Mia's caters.
I also think that Village Grill caters.
Salerno's caters if you want Italian.
Ditto Salerno's in Flower Mound-great Italian. I have been to several events catered by them. If you want more upscale, try the Grotto in Highland Village. Same owner as Salerno's, but more high end and really great food. Sonoma in parker Sqaure is also great-I think they cater.
Dickey's BBQ and On the Border also do caterings
