I am having a housewarming party in March and wanted to know if anyone have any recommendations on a good place to get food catered in the Glen Ellyn area. I recently moved to IL from PA. Thanks as always.
We use Corky's Catering. They are located in Addison. You can either pickup or they will deliver. I had then deliver to Lombard and it was only an extra 20.00.
There food is good and they have many different menus to choose from.

Buona Beef actually has a great catering menu. They are very helpful with substitutions etc. I used them for my son's first bday and people raved about the food.
We have also used Corky's a couple times. Depending on where you are in Glen Ellyn, there is Sporty's catering on Army Trail and Gary (in Bloomingdale). They are a little higher than Corky's but have good food. Portillo's on North Ave by Bloomingdale Rd also caters but I think you have to pick it up. We have also used La Campana Mexican restuarant (on Bloomingdale Rd near Schmale) but picked it up. It's pricey but REALLY good if you like Mexican. We usually just get one thing from there to add a little variety.

Addante's is a great palce to cater from in Wheaton. They always bring tons of great food.
I have also done Pompeii in Oakbrook. They deliver.
