I'm big on deals, and dealing with an individual can be risky, but if they come highly referred, I prefer to do that over a company any day. So I would use someone like Cindy referred- you'll get a good deal, and always deal with the same person as opposed to a company.
I use a guy named Steve Rorie who does just general handyman stuff, but bought the equipment from a dry-chem company and he now does that as well- very good prices, and a great person in general.

Hi A., I don't have a recommendation, but please steer clear of Kiwi Carpet Cleaning. I had used them once in the past and will never use them again. They are overpriced and do a horrible job. Some of my girlfriends have tried them and also have only negative things to say and will also never use them again. So good luck searching but steer clear of Kiwi!!!
The best carpet cleaners in town in my opinion are Cornerstone ChemDry. They are very professional. I was amazed how great my carpets looked after they cleaned them. They looked brand new. The phone number is ###-###-#### and please be sure and tell them that M. D. referred you.

Try Joy Carpet Cleaning - I have had good luck with them. They do not use water and it is a more eco-friendly process. They are not cheap though.
Just thought I would answer both questions. Look into Zerorez. Our patented cleaning technology is unmatched in the industry. ###-###-#### or http://www.zerorezdallas.com
