Searching for Someone to Deep Clean My Sofas

I had them came clean my carpet once, and it was a horrible experience. Shortly after he arrived, I noticed that I have some cash out on the counter ~ $30.00(partially my fault - should have looked around before). I didn't want to remove cash in front of him to make him feel I don't trust him, so I left it there. Sure enough, upon his departure, cash was gone. I even asked him and he denied it. I didn't insist, because it was only me and my 6 months old daughter at home at the time.

In addition, they charged me extra to put protector on carpet, and my carpet got dirtier quicker than without protector. I have option to ask them to come back within a year to clean for free, but decided not to.

my only comment would be NOT to use Kiwi. they ruined my couches!! good luck!

I second the comment about Kiwi! They leave too much chemical residue & soap on the carpets & furniture. I had Fiber-Seal clean my dining room chairs & carpets, and they put a protective spray on both, kinda like Scotchguard. They also will come back at no charge for a year to re-clean and protect any new spots or stains. I just started working with them as a consultant because of the great job they did, too! Their number is ###-###-####. They can do it in your home, though the best way to get it really clean w/ multiple passes is to take it to their shop for a week or so. That way if there is still a spot after it dries from the initial cleaning, they can hit it again. And again. And again if necessary! :-)
