My daughter turned 3 in Feb. I know I shouldnt compare my daughter with other children, but I cant help it. I hear other 3 year olds talking and their sentence structure and pronunciations are better than my daughters(some of them). 4 Year Old Son Having Behavior Problems

Does anyone have any suggestions to help me out with my 4 year old son. While picking him up from daycare last week, the teacher told me that he is having behavioral problems. I also found out that he has still been in the 3 yr old room. He is not listening at all, he does not seem to understand that there are consequences for his actions, either good or bad. I guess this will seem kind of odd, but I wanted to put it out there to see if anyone can give me clarification. My 3 yr old daughter who was adopted was born with 4 drugs in her system. She has behavioral issues and nuerological issues. At a recent pediatrician appointment, the doc asked me a series of questions to assess her development.
