Teething in 18 Month Old

My 18 month old is teething, getting molars. HELP ME :) He doesn't seem to want to chew on teething rings and things anymore so I am trying things like pear slices and today I will go out and get cucumber? I am thinking that might be soothing to him? I hate giving him Tylenol and Motrin all the time, will also try the Hylands tablets again. Best Book for Potty Training?

Hi Moms, I am about to start potty training my 2 1/2 year old DD and need advice on how to do it. Is there a really good book out there that anyone could recommend? I'm just confused where to start - like do I put her in pull ups or make a big deal of buying some fun underwear? She has been using her potty at night at home on a sort of regular basis, but we just let her run around naked - so how do I start to show her how to do it with clothes on? And the potty travels around the whole apartment! Should I be placing it in the bathroom...
