GFCF (Gluten Free/casein Free) (Wheat Free/dairy Free) Diet Tips

Hi All: I am reading through info on putting my son on the GF/CF diets and am looking for a good place to purchase products. I have been in Trader Joe's and Wild Oats and although Trader Joe's has better pricing they dont have much variety. For a box of casein free chicken nuggets it's 6.99 at Wild Oats. I have bought him rice milk, the special cereals, bars and a few cookies and it was over $70!!! Anyone have any tips, tricks, etc. to save a litte money on this diet? Thanks

Reduced Milk Supply

When my daughter started eating cereal three times a day (at about 5 months) she started nursing mainly right before bed and at 5 am. She might nurse for 5 -10 minutes about 1/2 hour after eating cereal just for a snack, to make sure she's getting the nutrients she needs, and to help calm her down for a nap. My problem is that because of this reduced nursing my milk supply has reduced dramatically to the point where if I pump I only get 1/2 oz at a time. Suggestion for Infant Formula That Creates Less Gas

Hello: I am hoping that one of you might be able to point me in the right direction. I am looking for a formula that creates less gas for my 2 week old son. We are currently using Enfamil lipil with iron, but it seems to create quite a bit of gas for him and it is so hard for me to watch him in such pain. My Newborn Is Awake a Lot!

My baby is 6 weeks old and seems to be awake more than he should. He was awake last night from 7-12:45am and also awake yesterday from 10am-1pm. When he is awake, he is fussy but not a lot, he is just very alert and looking around when he is awake. I feel that maybe he is awake more than he should be? Also, I need help on ways to relieve gas other than the drops and pulling his feet towards his chest.

My one year old son has had a hard time pooping lately. It is awful to watch, he squats and then screams like it REALLY hurts to go and his poop is really hard. We just finished formula a few weeks ago and he is now on whole milk. He gets a lot of fruit and meat and wheat bread in his diet, but I'm wondering if he needs more fiber? Lunch Ideas for a Picky Eater

I need ideas for my daughter's lunch at school. She is 6 and in first grade. The only veggies she likes are mashed potatoes, lettuce, and carrot sticks. She won't eat lunch meat or tuna. 16 Month Old Still on Bottle

I know, many of you may say I am a bad mom, but I put oatmeal and baby food in my son's milk. He is 16 months old and still HAS to have 7oz Milk, 1 jar 2nd Baby food and 3 teaspoons of oatmeal in a bottle before bed and IF he wakes up in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning.
