I've been all over the internet searching. Overwhelming! The bottom line I've found is excercise, lose weight, and diet. Most important - cut sodium and trans fats. Majority of food should come from oily fish, whole grains, legumes, veggies, and fruits, with a smaller proportion of lean chicken. Low fat dairy, no sweets. 1 glass of red wine a day.
