Potty Training (Naps & Overnight)

My 3.5 year old son is potty trained except at naptime and overnight. Currently he wears a diaper overnight but not at naptime anymore. He was doing really well at daycare, however in the last month he has had an accident nearly every day at naptime. The ladies at daycare take him to the bathroom two times (once before nap and once during) yet he still has an accident 10 minutes after the second trip.
