I am needing some advice with my sons health. He is 3 years old, will be 4 in August. He has allergies to food, pets and outdoor irritants. He also has asthma. It seems like he is always sick. Please Help! Son Diagnosed with Asthma, Pediatrician Not Being Very Helpful!

My 20 mo. old son has recently been diagnosed with asthma. His pediatritian just listened to his chest, didn't do any blood tests or chest X-rays. I've been so freaked out about this and feel like I'm not getting any help from her. Singulair Allergy Med

Hi. My son has some pretty bad allergies. he has been taking Zyrtec for it and last week we addded Nasonex. His ENT wants to add Singulair but I have heard some nasty things about it (i.e. very aggressive behaviors etc). The ENT said she never heard that. Anyone have expirence to share?

4 Year Old Son with Allergies/asthma

My 4 year old son was recently diagosed with allergies associated with asthma. He gets a persistant cough this time of year and in the fall. The cough sometimes causes him to vomit. Children Seem to Be Sick All the Time

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on trying to keep kids healthy. It seems that this past winter and into the spring my boys are constantly sick with either the flu, colds, rotovirus, or even ear infections. I work in the healthcare field and am a nut about cleanliness, i.e. washing hands etc. Should I be giving them vitamins or any other nutritional supplement such as Pediasure to help? Ways to save on Singulair and Nasonex

I am looking for ways to save on Nasonex and Singulair prescriptions. We do have insurance, but last time I bought Nasonex it was still $75 I think. I'm not sure how much Singulair is since we got the first month for free, but I have heard it is expensive. THe Nasonex site has a coupon for $15 off and Singulair has one for $20 off. Anything else I can do to save? Do the different pharmacies charge different prices or are prices uniform? Currently we go to Walgreens. Thanks!

My pediatrician prescribed Budesonide b/c my son constantly has a runny or stuffy nose and wheezes when he's sick.
