Quick question for moms out there who slept with their newborn/infant. What worked for you in terms of keeping baby safe while sleeping in your bed? Did you use an infant positioner? Did baby just lay next to you on top of your covers? I'm hoping for some advice on this. Also, how did you keep your baby warm/cool enough when sleeping with you? Thanks!

My 8 week old baby will not sleep in his crib. I'm having the most problems with getting him down for naps as he wants to sleep in the Baby Bjorn or while lying on someone. Swaddling has helping some what at night but we don't want him swaddled all of the time. He does display some colicky behaviors but I think that he is also just over- tired due to not getting enough sleep during the day. I have a two year old and just cannot hold him all of the time. Any suggestions??

Hell all, My 3 month old daughter has been sleeping in her bouncy seat in the crib up until now. I think she is ready to finally give it up and go straight into the crib. The other night, I tried and twice she woke up screaming because she had rotated herself about 90 degrees and was at the foot of the crib with her head hitting the slats.
