What Do You Really Need for an Infant?

So it's been 8 years since I last had a baby to care for. I am expecting again and am at a loss for what I really need and trying to prioritize. I have looked at many registries and think they include a lot of frivolous items (wipe warmers ect) So if you could go back in time and know then what you know now, what are your must have items. When I say I have nothing I mean not one baby item at all. I know I'll need a crib, clothes, ect. Baby Won't Sleep in Bassinet at Night

Okay, I really need some help before I lose it due to lack of sleep. My new baby girl has in the last three days switched her sleeping habits and I am not sure how to get her switched back. When she came home from the hospital she slept in her bassinet in Mommy and Daddy's room and now she won't even lay in it at night. My daughter is now 4 weeks old and she will not sleep on her back. Miracle Blanket Users - When Did You Stop Using It?

My daughter just turned 6 months old and still sleeps wrapped up tightly in her miracle blanket. Wondering when your kids wrestled free. (My oldest used Miracle blankets until about 5 months and always woke up with it sort of loosely wrapped in place until she finally broke free -- then we dropped it cold turkey.
