Nasal Congestion and Red Cheeks
My 5 year old has nasal congestion frequently and at times it can turn into an infection that requires an antibiotic. Sometimes when she gets nasal congestion, her cheeks get red. We thought she may be having an allergic reaction to something. The pediatrician recently sent my daughter to have blood drawn for allergy testing. All tests (trees, animals, nuts, shellfish, etc.) came back negative, but she keeps getting nasal congestion and red cheeks. Has anyone experienced this or know what might cause it when allergy testing is negative?
