How much and how often did you eat PB while you were pregnant and does your child now have nut allergies? There is SO much conflicting advice about how to prevent nut allergies. First, it was avoid all nuts while pregnant and now its eat pb 4x/week... ack! I'm pregnant with my 2nd and I'm uncertain as to what to do.
