Gerber Waterproof Pants

Was wondering if anyone has any experience with these? We have been attempting to potty-train my 2 1/2 year old daughter with the Gerber padded underwear training panties, while trying to keep the soiled pants to a minimum, and the pull-ups seem to just serve as diaper for her. I've heard some mixed reviews, and was wondering if anyone has any feedback, suggestions or advice regarding these. She's about 30 lbs., and will be three in May. Thanks!

Diaper Pail for Cloth Diapers

I have two babies in diapers and I'm new to cloth diapers. What is the best diaper pail to use? I'm using a regular diaper pail from Target right now but I've seen other, more expensive diaper pails sold on some of the cloth diapering websites. I'm washing every two days or less but things can still get fairly stinky. Just wondering if it's worth the money to invest in another diaper pail.

My son will be 6 months at the end of the month and I've switched him over to cloth diapers now that he eating some solid foods. I had trouble with my first son in cloth diapers during the breastfeeding poops because they would leak all over, so I decided to wait. I called and asked how things work with that but I am not, in my community no one I know of gets life insurance. My kids are young we are trying to teach our oldest how important it is to save. Cloth Diapers Vs. Disposable?

I was wondering what you ladies thought of cloth diapers vs. disposables? I used Pampers with my first child and spent a fortune, especially the first several months. Have any of you had experience with both and would recommend one over the other? I'm not real excited about washing poop in my washer machine, are diaper services worth it? How Exactly Do You Use a Swim Diaper

This may seem like a very ignorant question, but I'm wondering what it is I'm supposed to do with a swim diaper. Do I use it in place of the regular diaper... do I use it over the regular diaper. Any brand preferenes? We've started swim lessons, and the boys need to wear them, plus we are going to the dells next weeks for vacation. Any input would be great... I'd hate to be the mom that the ladies in the locker room talk about after I leave. Thanks so much!
