H.
I have a diaper pail from Peapods in St. Paul that ROCKS, but unfortunately they don't carry it anymore. It had a little deoderizer thingy on the lid that you change every once in a while. I do think they still sell diaper pails though, just not this particular style. I think it's worth a call.
Before this pail, I just used a regular one and make deo disks from a recipe I found online...it was a combo of dish soap, tea tree oil, and baking soda. You then dropped it into muffin tins until dry, and then had "disks" to use in the pail. Worked pretty well, but they got crumbly after a while.
I second the use of a PUL bag as well. I have a non-PUL bag, and it gets wet on the outside by the time wash day comes (it's in the pail, but still a pain). I know there are a few brands out there.
Good Luck!
