Advice on Sleeping
Hi, I've been reading sooo much on sleep issues but haven't found a good plan to address our particular problem. I thought maybe you Mamas can help. Background: our daughter is 8 months old. She is cheerful and energetic and lovely but she isn't an easy sleeper. For her first 3 months, she slept next to us in a co-sleeper. At three months she started waking every hour needing to nurse and I ended up bringing her into our bed which actually worked great - at least we ALL were getting sufficient sleep.
