I Need Help with These "Lovely" Curves
Some women wish they had more curves then there are some of us who would like to get rid of some of the curves (that would be me). I need advice on how to slim my hips, butt and upper/inner thighs. I've recently lost about 15 lbs but it seems my trouble areas are still that (my trouble areas). I had low back surgery 7 months ago so I can't do anything strenuous but I've been doing squats which helps somewhat but I need something else. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks :)
